LEAPS AfterSchool Academy Enrollment

Complete both the AfterSchool Academy Registration form and Scholarship form. Must complete all blanks and sign. Students from the same family are included on one form. Both the AfterSchool Academy Registration form and Scholarship form must be sent to school by the student on the first day or emailed to Kathy Atwood, Program Supervisor at kathyatwood@tcschools.org. If accepted into the program, additional paperwork must be completed.
