This morning our school message system was unexpectedly unable to send text messages; therefore, we had to turn immediately to the voice feature that is provided by the same vendor. Of course, we have all grown accustomed to the conveniences of the text message which created several challenges this morning.
We are presently trying to get a solution from our vendor as well as exploring options to move to a reliable vendor that has been recommended by many partner school districts. In the meantime, I respectfully ask that parents, faculty, and students utilize our website, social media (Facebook and Twitter) as well as Nashville television channels 2, 4, 5 and 17 for school information.
I apologize for the inconvenience and promise to work to solve the issue in a timely manner.
