Thanks to our local health care providers, Amanda Livingston and Dan Carey including Dr. Michael Pagnani, Trousdale County Schools will be able to provide FREE 2023-24 sports physicals for all of our rising middle and high school athletes. Sports physicals will be provided on Saturday, May 6, at the high school gymnasium (please see schedule below). It is important to remember that per TSSAA and Board policy, athletes must have an annual physical to play sports.

All athletes MUST have their physical packet COMPLETED AND SIGNED BY THEIR PARENT/GUARDIAN in order to receive a physical. Athletes will be turned away if their physical packet is incomplete.

Physical packets can be downloaded at https://trousdalecountyathletics.com under the “more” tab. Your athlete will not be able to receive a physical unless the ENTIRE packet is completed and submitted at the time of the physical.

Please register your athlete by clicking on the registration link provided https://tcschools.formstack.com/forms/sport_physical_registration_form. After your submitting your form, you will be redirected directly to the physical packet to print out.
