All GED Classes and materials are FREE. The only cost associated with getting your GED is the GED Test Fee, which is $65; however, you may not have to pay that if you have been laid off from your job. The TN Dept of Labor will waive the test fee if you can show proof that you have been laid off by your recent employer. Call for more information |

The Trousdale County Adult Education Program offers a place for everyone. Whether you want to improve your basic skills, develop new ones for the workplace, or prepare for the GED Test, we can provide you with the training to achieve your goal.
MISSION
The mission of the Trousdale County Adult Education Program is to provide the adult learner with the opportunity to acquire the skills necessary to foster productive employment and personal growth. The adult education staff believes that education is a lifelong process and that oportunities should be provided for the individuals to enhance their skills and become more productive. In turn, the individual, the family, the workplace, and ultimately, the community will benefit.
