BID NOTICE

Trousdale County Board of Education is presently accepting bids for the installation of a new TRANE 160 ton chiller to be installed at Jim Satterfield Middle School located at 210 Damascus Ave., Hartsville TN. The new chiller is expected to be delivered to the school from the manufacture in January 2026. The contractor must be listed in the TVA Preferred Partners Network (PPN) or be added to the (PPN) list of approved installers prior to installation. Bids will be accepted until the bid opening which will commence at 2:00 PM. on Friday, September 26, 2025. All bids must be sealed and delivered to the Trousdale County Board of Education, 103 Lock Six Rd., Hartsville, TN 37074. The Trousdale County Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids.

All items are to be exact specifications.  Bids will be accepted until bid opening which will commence at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, September 8, 2025.  Price should be based per item regardless of number ordered.    All bids should be delivered by mail to Trousdale County Board of Education, 103 Lock Six Rd, Hartsville, TN  37074 or by email to andyoverman@tcschools.org.  TCBOE reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids.
