New Families Rights & Responsibilities Act requires that parents/guardians provide prior consent for schools to provide certain services that have customarily been provided in past years. In order to continue to provide services and programs such as basic health care, health screenings, guidance counseling, and video recordings such as school recognition programs that portray students in a positive light, parents/guardians must provide written permission by Friday, September 13, 2024.
